Wash and dry produce. Trim and thinly slice @scallions{4%unit}(separating whites from greens). Peel and mince or grate @garlic{4%clove}. Peel and mince or grate @ginger{2%thumb}. Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{4%tsp} in a #small pot{} over medium-high heat. Add scallion whites, garlic, and ginger. Cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant and beginning to brown, ~{2%minutes}. Add @jasmine rice{1.5%cup}, @water{1¼%cup}, and a pinch of @salt{}. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until rice is tender, 15-18 minutes. Keep covered off heat until ready to serve.

While rice cooks, halve, peel, and thinly slice @onion{2%unit}. Core and deseed @green bell pepper{2%unit}; slice into strips. Cut @broccoli{2%unit} into bite-size pieces if necessary. TIP: Cut the broccoli stem along with the florets for your stir-fry!

In a #large pan{}, heat a large drizzle of @cooking oil{4%tsp} over medium-high heat. Add @ground pork{20%oz} and cook until browned, breaking up meat. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until tender. Add broccoli, cook until crisp. Stir in @sweet soy glaze{4%tbsp} and @plum sauce{8%tbsp}, cook until thickened. Stir in @butter{2%tbsp} until melted. Season with @black pepper{} and salt.

Fluff rice with a fork. Divide rice between bowls; top with stir-fry. Drizzle with @sriracha{2%tsp}. Sprinkle with scallion greens and @peanuts{1%oz}. Serve.
